Consultation form: trademark name, your name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), and the type of IP protection requested.
Customer support: information, documentation, and communications shared via WhatsApp or email to analyze your case.
Browsing telemetry: technical data including IP address, browser type, visited pages, and access source collected via cookies and aggregated analytics tools.
How we use your data
To process your consultation, prepare the preliminary clearance assessment, and issue service proposals.
To perform contracted services, including preparation, filing, and monitoring of applications before the INPI and international IP registries.
To comply with statutory legal and regulatory obligations, and to improve our website experience and customer support routines.
